The device control panel is also displayed in the same screen, allowing the service person to manually open boom gates, etc.

X Parc Integration

CallTaker car park management software works with Amano X-Parc car park equipment management system. You simply just add the URL of your car park management screen or equipment management page into the control page field within Calltaker, and you can dynamically access your X-parc car park management screen within CallTaker. The car park management site screen will dynamically change according to the site you select, so no more need to go flipping through web browser screens.

In response to a call from a customer, the customer service person can allocate a fault repair job to a service technician, who will then see it on their mobile Calltaker system, including location and full details of the problem. The technician can then obtain full details of the equipment, and any previous fault history - all immediately available online on his mobile device.
